Ghorepani is one of the most convenient hill stations in Nepal. A Pvt. 30/32 colorful zinc roof hotels with schools, pitched playgrounds and Pun Magar museum nearby is very charming. It cannot be said that the clouds above the hill will not attract anyone's heart. Major Tek Bahadur Pun discovered and started development works in this place long ago around 2026/027 years. Unfortunately, after his early death, almost all the development works in that direction have stopped, although some operations are being carried out, maintenance has not been completed.
Due to the necessity of getting up early in the morning after a very late night, four of us (Dab Bahadur Garbuja, Nanda Chochangi, Mushang Jhendi and I) started sleeping. All four of us slept vary well. Other morning, after hearing people gossiping outside the hotel, all four of us hurriedly got up. When leaving the hotel, some tourists were walking uphill. We followed them with our torch lights.
The moon was high up in the blue sky. In the cold environment and in the dark night, finding the way by the light of the torch, we started walking horizontally and vertically. It was very difficult to walk uphill. Breathless, we reached there in about 45 minutes, eager to see the beautiful view from Punhil hill at a height of 3210 meters.
There was a sound of people talking on the dark hill. After entering from the gate, we saw the gossiping group a little above. But since it was not light, everyone was trying to reduce the chill with hot sips of tea/coffee. We also brought black coffee from the hotel in Ghorepani below. After we paying 50 Rs, we started heating the body.
If this hill is to be developed, the Magar castes, who have not seen the world, would not believe that they can earn 5 rupees by selling a cup of tea on this hill. But nowadays people of Ghorepani are selling 60 rupees cup of coffee instead of 5 rupees.
Not many - some tourists and their Nepali guides have reached that mountain. The guides were raving about 'Punhill' - we listened to them with coffee. While being a tourist guide, the Nepali's English pronunciation was very good, we kept listening for a few moments.

After a few moments, the tourists started shouting and clicking their cameras at sunrise. They even hugged each other. Perhaps such a scene was rare for their country. With the sunrise, the bright light gradually falling on the snow of the mountains looks very pleasant. We were happy along with the tourists.
After observing the scenes from that place, some tourists hugged each other and went down to reach their next destination. Someone was making love sitting on that bench. I don't know why, one of tourist was alone looking far away towards Dhaulagiri and taking photo of the view. I thoughts he was drawing poetry in his mind or composing literature. If not, he would definitely remember his girlfriend, who were far away. It was clear from his outward behavior that his heart was satisfied.
